We began with the brand assets Batterij Expert already had and loved, using their logo icon and logotype as the foundation for new messaging. The refined logo became a dynamic element, helping to tell the story of adaptable battery systems and their impact on users’ lives. We also introduced the concept of an “electricity grid” within the logo design. This grid serves as the basis for balanced communication, allowing for animations that enhance brand storytelling.

Applying the grid concept to video, we developed a visual language that remains distinct from the imagery of actual home battery systems, making the brand more flexible and always relevant. Our design system extended the brand into a comprehensive UX experience unique to Batterij Expert. The brand’s color palette is based on a constantly evolving system that creates an immersive experience while narrating the story of a continuously advancing electrical grid.

Through this grid-based layout, we established a consistent brand image while allowing for creative designs that align with Batterij Expert’s identity, ensuring a seamless transition from brand system to design system. This approach positions Batterij Expert as an innovative and approachable leader in energy solutions.

Our solution focused on making the concept of saving and earning money with (self-generated) power clear and approachable. Batterij Expert offers an extensive range of smart battery systems, allowing individuals and businesses to store energy for later use. By leveraging their expertise, clients receive the latest technology, transparent information, and professional installation by an InstallQ-certified electrician. Our objective was to transform this promise into a functional brand and UX system that communicates these benefits effectively.

We designed a UX/UI for Harry’s Pie Company, emphasizing nostalgia, craftsmanship, and community connection. The interface showcases warm, comforting visuals, user-generated content, and storytelling, fostering personalized engagement and loyalty with Harry’s “Famously Australian” brand.
