We developed a UX/UI solution for Oktria, an AI-powered management reporting software designed to simplify and enhance business performance tracking. The goal was to eliminate the challenges of manual reporting and offer predictive insights through an intuitive, user-friendly platform.
The platform connects all reporting layers—daily, monthly, and quarterly—into a single source of truth, ensuring that changes to budgets or targets are reflected across the entire organization. This feature minimizes errors and communication gaps, providing transparency and consistency for all stakeholders.
Forecast performance
Oktria forecasts future performance using advanced analytics and predictive modelling. By analysing historical data and market trends, it generates predictions, enabling proactive decision-making and strategic planning.
Summarising daily reports into monthly reports
Oktria simplifies the task of summarising daily management reports into monthly reports. By processing vast amounts of data and identifying key insights. Oktria generates concise summaries. These summaries highlight important achievements, challenges, and metrics, providing decision-makers with a comprehensive overview.
The user interface is built around simplicity and clarity. We designed intuitive dashboards that display key insights, trends, and forecasts at a glance. Advanced data visualizations help users understand complex data sets effortlessly, aiding in strategic planning and proactive decision-making. This is complemented by a conversational AI feature, integrating ChatGPT for external market insights while Oktria focuses on internal metrics, ensuring a holistic view of the business landscape.
Our design focused on integrating AI capabilities that connect custom KPIs to real-time data. This enabled AI models to learn from historical and live data, predicting future performance. By allowing users to set weighted targets, we provided a customizable experience that aligns with the unique needs of each business, from daily restaurant metrics to broader financial targets.
